Instructions

Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle.

Add onion and green chili. Sauté for 1-2 mins.

Add tomato and cook till soft.

Add turmeric, salt, and veggies. Cook 3-4 mins until slightly soft.
Step 5
Add oats and mix well. Pour in water and stir.
Step 6
Cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame until it thickens.
Step 7
Turn off heat. Add lemon juice and fresh coriander.
