Instructions
Step 1
In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil.
Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
Set aside in a small bowl.
Step 2
Brown the pork chops on both sides until they change color (about 3 minutes per side).
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, bring the broth to a boil.
Add the broccoli, cover and cook for about 3 minutes.
Remove the broccoli and set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, mix the garlic-ginger mixture, mustard, vinegar, honey, and pepper.
Return the pork chops to the pan and coat well with the sauce.
Simmer about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 5
Return the broccoli to the pan to reheat briefly.
Place pork and broccoli on serving plates.
Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
Step 6
-You can debone pork chops yourself by sliding a small knife along the bone and removing excess fat.
-Tie deboned chops with kitchen string so they hold their shape while cooking. Remove the string before serving.
