Air fryer potato gnocchi

Quick easy and delicious! Ideal as a snack or starter. You can make your own gnocchi, but the firmness and semolina coating of the shop bough ones make the ideal for this recipe.

Step 1

In a bowl add the gnocchi, seasoning, herbs and spices. Add the extra virgin olive oil and mix well, making sure all sides are coated.








Step 2

Put the coated gnocchi into the air fryer, making sure that you only have one layer of gnocchi. Air fry at 200C for 12 minutes, shaking them a couple of times during the cooking time so that all sides get crispy.

Step 3

Serve on a bowl or deep plate, garnish with a few lemon slices. Enjoy!
