Instructions

Step 1
Pan fry tomatoes in a generous glug of olive oil along with salt and pepper until the tomatoes break down, then add the garlic and chilli flakes. Then add the sun dried tomatoes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in a pan, drain and reserve some cooking water.
Step 3
Then add the cooked gnocchi to the pan of tomatoes along with a tbsp of cooking water.
