Instructions
Step 1
Place a large pan of water onto the hob to boil for the pasta. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, put all the other ingredients in a food processor and blitz until the leaves are finely chopped.
Step 3
Add 4 tbsp of the boiling water which the pasta has been cooking in and blitz again, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. This should create a glossy and bright green pesto.
Step 4
When the pasta is cooked, drain and return it to the warm pan.
Step 5
With the heat off, stir the pesto into the pasta. Serve warm.
