Instructions
Step 1
Cut the kunafa dough into small pieces and spread on a sheet pan.

Step 2
Place in oven at 350°F for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 3
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Step 4
In a food, grind pistachios to a paste.


Step 5
Add the sugar, process to combine.

Step 6
Add the coconut oil and process to mix.

Step 7
Place the chopped kunafa in a bowl and add the pistachio mixture. Mix well.



Step 8
Store in a sealed jar.
