Instructions

Step 1
Flatten the chicken breasts, season, and cook until blackened (use 1/2 the butter and olive oil). Set them aside
Step 2
In the same pan, cook the onion and peppers along with mustard, rest of the butter, and mustard
Step 3
Add the cheeses, milk, salt, and pepper into a blender and blend until smooth. Add to the pan with chicken
Step 4
Add the pasta and 1 cup of pasta water and simmer until cooked
