Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan).
Step 2
Chop potatoes and microwave on high for 8 minutes or until just tender.

Mix melted butter, curry powder, paprika, garlic powder, and salt with potatoes.

In a large skillet, cook sliced onion in a little oil over medium heat until soft.

Add garlic powder, ginger powder, and chicken pieces to the skillet, cooking until lightly browned.

Pour in the tikka sauce and canned tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
Step 7
Stir in Greek yogurt for a creamy finish.

Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and spread the coated potatoes on top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until potatoes are golden and crispy.
Step 10
Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
