Instructions
Step 1
This recipe calls for a rice cooker, if you don't have one I assume you know how to cook rice a different way (but also, please get a rice cooker it'll make life so much easier).
Chicken Marinade
Step 2
Slice your chicken, then transfer to a bowl.

Step 3
Onto the chicken, add your garam masala, chili powder, cinnamon, salt, garlic powder, ginger powder, oregano, lemon juice, and yoghurt.

Step 4
Mix until fully incorporated, then cover and marinade overnight (or till your patience is decimated).
Cooking Time
Step 5
Wash your rice, then add it to your rice cooker, along with curry powder, garam masala, garlic powder, ginger powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 6
Mix everything till all your grains are coated, add some water, then start the rice cooker.
Step 7
Slice your onions and garlic, then transfer to an oiled up pan or skillet on medium-high heat.

Step 8
Once your onions become translucent, add a bit more oil, then add your chicken.

Step 9
Cook until your chicken has browned and is fully cooked, then set aside.
Raita
Step 10
In a bowl, combine your yoghurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garam masala, oregano, sugar, salt, pepper, and water. Mix till everything's combined.

Serving
Step 11
