1 cupapple cider vinegar

½ cupWorcestershire sauce

Instructions
Step 1
1. **Sauté the aromatics**: Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.

2. **Build the base**: Add ketchup, brown sugar, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
