At the bottom of your personal blender cup, add the milk, chia seed mixture, and lemon juice
Step 2
Then you will add your soft ingredients: Peanut butter, apple and protein powder
Step 3
And finally your frozen ingredients last (closest to the blades): Spinach, celery and blueberries
Step 4
Blend until desired texture
