Step 1
Blitz Dry: Blend the Oats alone first until they turn into flour.
Step 2
Add Base: Add Almond Milk, Spinach, Banana, Fruit, and Yoghurt.
Step 3
Blend: Blend on high until completely smooth.
Step 4
The "Time Bomb": Add the Psyllium Husk last. Pulse for 5–10 seconds.
Step 5
Drink: Consume immediately (before it thickens).
