½ cupcoconut milk
or whipping cream/full-fat milk/half and half
1pitted medjool date
soaked for 20 minutes in hot water
1 scoopvanilla protein powder
sea salt
½ cupfresh berries
2 tspsbutter
1 tablespoonchia seeds
cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1
Watch the video or follow these instructions. In a high-powered blender, chop the coconut flakes and nuts until finely ground.
Step 2
Add the milk, date (if desired) and a pinch of salt. Blend until thick and smooth.
Step 3
Pour into serving bowls. Add more of your favorite milk, if desired, plus additional add-ins. Serve hot or cold.
