Step 1
Score the skin, then rub generously with salt & rub oil into the skin.
Cook for 4hrs at 130 degrees (not on fan bale). Increase oven temperature to 150 degrees & cook for a further 30mins. Lastly grill the crackling for approx 5mins bring careful it doesn’t burn.
