Instructions
Step 1

Preheat oven, boil kettle, slice Mushroom and deseed pepper
Step 2

Add Mushroom and pepper with olive oil and sprinkle cayenne pepper
Step 3

Peel and dice onion, cook until softened
Step 4

Boil pasta
Step 5

Grate garlic and create stock
Step 6

Add peppers and mushrooms, tomato stock, relish and sour cream. Grate the cheese
Step 7

Add the sauce to the pasta and stir. Add to oven proof dish. Cover with cheese
Step 8

Serve
