Step 1
Slice the mortadella or make small cubes depending on the piece you have. Once you are done, put it in into a large bowl.

Clean the cauliflower, break it is pieces and boil it in salty water until is really soft. When it is done, strain it and put it in a bowl. Smash the cauliflower and let it rest until is completely cold.

Step 3
When the cauliflower is cold, put it into the bowl with the mortadella Add ricotta, salt, pepper, grated parmesan and a handful of breadcrumbs into the bowl. Mix the ingredients with a spatula.

As last thing add the eggs and mix again. If the mixture is too wet you can add some more breadcrumbs.

Put some parchment paper in a baking dish and ease down the puff pastry on it.

Bake the savory pie for about 30 minutes in the oven. The baking time might be different depending on the puff pastry, the oven or the baking dish you are using. When the savory pie is done, you should see the puff pastry getting a little brown and crispy.
