Ingredients

5dried shiitake
1 cupedamame
2 tspginger
3 clovesgarlic
1 Tbspscallion oil
200gpork belly
2 cupswhite rice
Sauce
1 ½ Tbsp老抽
2 Tbspsoy sauce
0.5 tbpoyster sauce
1 tbpsesame oil
2 tspsugar
1 tspchicken flavoring
5 tbpmushroom water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring mushroom in 4 cups of water to boil, turn off heat and soak 30min. Take out, squeeze water and thinly slice.
Step 2
Cut pork belly in thin strips, fry on medium in a tbp of scallion oil.
Step 3
Fry mushroom on medium high. Add in edamame. Stir fry garlic and ginger on medium.
Step 4
Pour in sauce and let boil off until 1 or 2 tbp of liquid left.
Step 5
Make rice. Mix in all ingredients. Set on stay warm for 5 min.
