Slice some chives and keep aside.

Clean the green beans and cut them in two or three parts each.

Clean the carrots and slice them in short sticks.

Boil the green beans and the carrots in salty water for five minutes, just to make them a little soft. Strain them and keep aside.

Slice the zucchini in short sticks.

Warm un some olive oil in a wok. Ease down some garlic and when the oil is hot, put the green beans and carrots firts. Stir and cook for ten minutes. Add then the zucchini and the chicken. While the chicken and the vegetables are getting ready, you can start preparing the curry sauce and the rice.

Boil the rice in salty water.

Take a small pot, put the butter in it and when it is melted, add the flour and the curry. Stir so the powders can absorb the melted butter. Pour the milk and stir again until the mixrure become a sauce. You can add some more curry if you want a stronger taste.

At this point, all the ingredients are ready. Strain the rice, ease it down on a plate with the chicken and the vegetables. Pour the sauce on it and complete the dish with same chives.
