Step 1
Dice garlic evenly and cut dried chili. Wash cactus and slice it into small strips, put cactus strips in the boiling water to cook for a couple of minutes until the color changes, transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Heat up lard or cooking oil in a heated skillet, add in dice garlic and dried chili to mix. Further put in pre cooked cactus strips in to stir fry. Season with salt, sugar and chicken powder. Mix well and transfer to a plate, serve warm.
