Instructions

Step 1
Add water, ginger, cinnamon, and any optional spices to a small pot.
Step 2
Bring to a simmer and let it gently bubble for 10–15 minutes, uncovered.

Strain into a cozy mug.

Stir in honey/maple and citrus if desired.
Step 5
Cup it in your palms. Inhale. Sip slowly.
