Very very delicious crispy chicken roll with salads. It is very full, so one lavash roll per human is enough. I didn't write down how much quantity I used, because when you measure by eye, you use as much as you can eat. Fot me is 2 mini tomatoes, 1 small chicken breast, half short-fruited cucumber, a bit of finely chopped onion leaves. You can only add jelapenous paprica or else. Bon apetit!

Step 1
1. Beat the chicken breast well, then marinate. (I use a store-bought chicken marinade for the marinate, or you can use your favorite spices). 2. Roll the marinated meat in flour, then roll in an egg and milk mixture. Finally, roll in finely crushed flakes. (I use the simplest flakes, I crush them with a glass or other object. ) 3. Fry the chicken in a pan with oil. Fry until it is browned and the chicken is crispy. 4. Spread the pita bread with mayonnaise or another favorite sauce, add your favorite salad (I use lettuce, spring onions, cucumber, tomato.). 5. Place the cooked meat on the pita bread, season with the desired sauce. (I also add cheese to the meat while I'm making the pita bread and wait for it to melt). 6. Then all that's left to do is roll the pita bread up and down on both sides. DELICIOUS.
