1 tspginger powder
1 tsponion powder
1 tsppaprika
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspcinnamon powder
½ tspcoriander
1 Tbspshawarma spices

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices
Step 2
Combine the marinade ingredient
Step 3
Add the marinade to the chicken and marinate in the fridge overnight or at least five hours
Step 4
Add 2 tbsp veg. Oil in your skillet
Step 5
Add half of the chicken to the hot skillet and cook on high heat until all juices dry out
Step 6
Lower the heat to medium and cook for five minutes
Step 7
Cook the rest of the chicken the same way
Step 8
Serve on a platter or in sandwiches along with fries, pickles, and garlic sauce
