Instructions

Step 1
Remove scales from salmon
Step 2
Dry skin and sprinkle garlic powder and pepper
Step 3
Marinate for at least 3 hours in soy sauce and water, use open face container with skin side up (do not cover skin)

Cook rice
Step 5
Heat oven to 425
Step 6
Put asparagus on pan and cover with seasonings and cook for 14 minutes
Step 7
Melt butter on medium heat and add salmon skin side down
Step 8
Wait until skin is crispy and flip to cook until done (125 degree's fahrenheit internal temp)
Step 9
Pour fish sauce on salmon and rice and enjoy
