2 Tbsflour

¾ tspsalt

⅛ tsppaprika

1 ¼ chalf and half

Step 1

Inch skillet over medium heat and hot butter.Cook chicken until pieces are browned on all sides
Step 2
Stir in Sherri heat to boiling reduce heat to low cover and simmer.25 minutes or until chicken is work tender.Remove chicken to warm platter

Into liquid in skillet, stir flour, salt and paprika until well blended gradually.Stir in half and half cook stirring constantly until thickened

To serve spoon sauce over chicken pieces
