갑자기 파스타가 먹고 싶을 때,
너무 복잡한 건 부담스럽고
간단하게 한 그릇 뚝딱 만들어 먹고 싶을 때가 있죠.
그럴 때 제가 자주 해먹는 레시피예요.
요리라기보다 그냥 간단하게 만들어 먹는 느낌인데,
그래도 먹고 나면 은근 든든하고 기분도 좋아져요.
재료도 어렵지 않고,
5분 안에 금방 만들 수 있어서
바쁠 때나 귀찮을 때 종종 생각나요.

Step 1: Slice garlic and onion. Chop parsley if using.

Step 2: Boil the noodles for 2 minutes 30 seconds. (This keeps them nice and chewy like pasta.)

Step 3: In a pan, heat a little oil. Stir-fry the garlic and onion until golden and fragrant. Pour in ¾ cup milk, then add: ½ packet of seasoning powder, dried veggie flakes, ½ tbsp mayonnaise,1 tsp sugar. Stir well

Step 4: Add the noodles into the sauce. Toss in a handful of cheese. Stir gently for 30 seconds until everything is creamy.
Step 5
Step 5: Plate the noodles and sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy your rich, cheesy ramyun pasta—so simple and delicious!
