Step 1
Mix chicken, egg, and 1/2 cup mozz. Grease waffle iron and sprinkle remaining mozz onto iron then spread chicken mixture. Cook for 5-7 min until crispy.
Step 2
Mix 2 tbsp Caesar dressing with 2 tbsp olive oil.
Step 3
Use half waffle for each sami. Lay on romaine, bacon, Parm and half dressing.
