Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Delicious, simple Baked Mac-n-Cheese Dish!

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Boil macaroni in pot until VERY al dente.
Step 2
In a fully-greased glass Pyrex dish, mix the macaroni, cheese and milk. Try to spread evenly.
Step 3
Cover top with breadcrumbs or Corn Flake cereal.
Step 4
Take a few pieces of cheese and sporadically lay on top. DO NOT COVER ENTIRELY…. just place a few strips of cheese on top for decoration.
Step 5
Finally dot with a few dabs of butter
Step 6
Cook in oven for about 35-40 minutes uncovered
Step 7
Then covered for final 20 mins (to cook and not burn toppings).

****NOTE!!
If you are short on time, you can place the cheese, salt/pepper, and milk* in a pot and mix on top of stove. When cheese and milk are fully combined, mix into pasta and bake uncovered for 20 mins and COVERED for 15 mins more. Take cover off and broil for 2-3 mins. *if you do shortened time, you do not need more that 2.5 - 3 cups milk. The cheese has already been melted on cooktop… so you do not need to cook as long and as such, don’t have to worry about being dried up!!
