Instructions
Step 1
Saute or grill the chicken. 3min per side. Let rest on rack.
Step 2
Rest chicken to room temp. Cut into cubes.
Step 3
Put dressing on chicken.
Step 4
Cut lettuce into small slices. Add lemon juice to lettuce slices in bowl. Add Ceasar dressing as well, and mix sl all lettuce is coated.
Step 5
Assemble the ingredients into a tortilla. Add a little oil to saute pan and saute on each side about 30 sec (seam side down first) to add a little texture to the wrap.
