Step 1
Cut up around 6 croissants (the staler the better!) into chunks and arrange in a 20x20cm baking dish
Step 2
Nestle in 200g raspberries and sprinkle over 100g white chocolate chips
Step 3
Whisk together custard ingredients
Step 4
Pour the custard over the croissants and let it sit for 30 mins so everything soaks in
Step 5
Bake at 180°C for 35–40 mins until golden and puffed
Step 6
Rest for 10 mins, then dust with icing sugar + dried raspberries if you’re feeling boujee
