1 lblean ground beef
1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1 dashsalt
1 dashblack pepper
1000 gramsromaine lettuce
chopped
2red sweet onion
thinly sliced
1 ozcheddar cheese
freshly grated
3 cupgrape tomatoes
⅔ cupsweet pickles
chopped
½ cuplight mayonnaise
½ cupgreek yoghurt
¼ cupketchup
⅛ cupsour pickles
minced
2 tablespoononion
chopped
1 tablespoondistilled white vinegar
½ teaspoononion powder
½ tspgarlic powder
½ teaspoonpaprika
2 tablespoonmustard
Instructions
Step 1
Step 1. Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, minced sour pickles, chopped onion, herbs and vinegar to a bowl and whisk to combine into the Special Sauce Salad Dressing. Can be made several days ahead of time.

Step 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Let the beef cook undisturbed until the bottom is golden brown, then add Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until cooked through. Scoop the meat onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain and cool slightly.
Step 3
Step 3. Once slightly cooled, divide the lettuce between bowls. Top with the cooked beef, sliced red onion, cheddar cheese, grape tomatoes, and chopped sweet pickles. Drizzle with Special Sauce Salad Dressing and serve.
