Step 1
In a 9X9 pan, crush coconut bar cookies and spread in bottom of pan 1" thick. Cream butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and 2 eggs. Beat well after adding each egg.
Spread creamed mixture over cookie crumbs. Arrange drained peach slices over creamed mixture. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle more cookie crumbs over top. Cover with wax paper and refrigerate over night.
