Instructions
Step 1
Butter the bread (12-16 slices)
Step 2
Slice the cucumber, ideally with a mandoline for even slices
Step 3
Salt the cucumber and mix well
Step 4
Place the cucumber into a sieve so that the water drains away
Step 5
Spread around 50g of cream cheese on on side of the bread
Step 6
Lay slices of softened cucumber over the cream cheese
Step 7
Close the sandwich and press together
Step 8
Place the sandwiches back in the bag, if transporting
Step 9
Slice the sandwiches into 4 quarters when ready to serve
