Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180° 2. Add milk, stock, garlic, ginger, curry paste and soy sauce to a large baking dish and mix to combine 3. Cut vegetables and pre steam in microwave for a few minutes 4. Cut/tear tofu and air fry until crispy 5. Add vegetable and noodles to baking dish 6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes mixing after half the time
