Aspargus and Courgette Soup

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the onion, courgette, and asparagus very well, and peel the onion
Step 2
Using a steamer, steam about 8 whole asparagus spears.
Step 3
Place all remaining ingredients into a pot and cook for 25 min. Stir occasionally.
Step 4
Blend the soup and serve with the steamed aspargus on top.
