Ingredients

4 Tbspolive oil
2yellow onion
1 inch diced
2 Tbspitalian seasoning
2 tspsalt
2 tsppepper
1 tspred chili flakes
8garlic cloves
minced
2 lbsItalian sausage
uncased
½ cupcoconut milk
4 Tbspcornstarch
2 cartonschicken stock
8Yukon potatoes
medium, 1 inch cubes
1 bagkale
frozen, or fresh
1can white beans
optional
½ cupparmesan
parmesan
Sprinkle, as topping
2lemons
squeeze on before serving
Instructions
Step 1
Saute on medium for 5 mins
Step 2
Add and brown meat
Step 3
Mix in liquids + cornstarch
Step 4
Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to a simmer and cover for 15 mins.
Step 5
Top with parmesan and lemon, and enjoy!🩷
