Instructions

Step 1
Lay out the Kale on a large platter and leave a small square in the top left corner
Step 2
Put blueberries in the empty square of space in the top left corner
Step 3
Lay out 3 "stripes" of strawberries - 1 at the top, one in the middle, and one at the bottom of the platter
Step 4
Fill the 2 remaining "stripes" of space with feta, it's fine if the green of the kale shows through
Step 5
Either squeeze a lemon or two over the top of the platter to serve as a dressing or serve this salad with a tangy or creamy dressing on the side
