Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together 1 tbsp olive oil, the lemon zest, ½ the lemon juice and the black pepper. Add the feta and stir to coat.
Step 2
Rinse the red onion in a little water, then drain. Mix the remaining 2 tbsp oil and remaining lemon juice together in a bowl with the mustard; season.
Step 3
Put the strawberries, drained red onion and herbs in a bowl and stir through the dressing.
Step 4
Arrange on a serving plate and scatter over the marinated feta, gently giving it a mix without breaking up the cheese.
Step 5
Spoon over any remaining feta marinade and serve immediately.
