Instructions
Step 1
Melt chocolate over boiling water, add milk and stir 5 minutes or until mixture thickens


Step 2
Add water and mix well

Step 3
Pour into freezing tray of refrigerator or a pan and freeze until ice crystals form around the side of the pan
Step 4
Add Vanilla
Step 5
Whip cream until thick enough to hold a soft peak, fold into chilled mixture and freeze.
Step 6
When Mixture is half frozen scrape from sides and bottom of the tray, beat until smooth but not melted and freeze till firm
