Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°. Season ribs Sear the beef nice and brown in Dutch oven over medium-high.
Step 2
Make braising liquid with Worcestershire sauce, beer, beef stock and honey.
Step 3
Chop veggies, add to braise liquid and braise for 2 hours or so.
Liquid should cover ribs HALF WAY. Check level, after an hour and a half or 2, add beer or broth to keep level half way.
