Balsamic glaze
Bruschetta sauce

4 cupsplum tomatoes
diced

½ cuptomato sauce

¼ cupolive oil

¼ cupfresh basil

1 Tbspwhite wine vinegar

2 clovesgarlic
minced

¾ tspsalt

½ tsppepper
Chicken and pasta
Instructions
Step 1
For glazed, combine in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook about 10 minutes or until reduced by half.
Step 2
For sauce, combine ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
Step 3
If necessary, pound chk to 1/2 inch thickness. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken; cook about 6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside to rest, cover loosely to keep warm.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain, return pot to stove top. Add sauce mixture to pot and cook over high heat until warmed through. Add noodles and grated parm, toss to coat.
Step 5
Slice chicken. Divide pasta into 4 servings. Drizzle with glaze and top with chicken. Top with shaved parm if desired.
