1 tspblack pepper
1 tsponion powder
1 tspsalt

200mlbeef stock
90gphiladelphia lightest
light low fat cream cheese
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 TspChicken Stock Powder Low Sodium
320gPasta Protein Penne

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add the cubed beef and salt pepper onion powder and garlic powder
Step 2
Cook the beef in an lightly sprayed oiled skillet over high hear untill the outside is slightly crispy then turn down the heat and add the butter parsley flakes and garlic and mix
Step 3
Boil the pasta
Step 4
In a blender add evaporated milk, parmesan cheese garlic powder oregano and black pepper and blend for 1 minute
Step 5
Remove the beef from the pan and add the beef stock, the blended sauce, cream cheese, smoked paprika and chicken stock powder. Let it reduce until smooth & creamy and let it simmer for 5 mins under low heat
Step 6
Add to this sauce the pasta with a lilttle bit of pasta water and mix well. Then add the beef on top.

Very easy to make and tweak. The protein pasta tastes surprisingly great. I added more parm cause I like cheese. I added cayenne pepper for some spice. I added green onions, spinach, and also some regular onions for flavor. I cooked them all down together after the meat. I also chose to make it in one pot. Boiled the pasta first and set aside
