The egg whites really help this cake to be light and fluffy. Use Jello 50-calorie pudding cups (or similar) to keep this recipe low-calorie. Depending on ingredients, this will be approximately 150 calories for the recipe.

Instructions

Step 1
Combine wet and dry ingredients separately. Pour dry into wet and mix until combined. Pour into a large microwavable mug or other appropriate dish. Microwave on 70% power for ~60 seconds, or until outside is set (center will still be gooey). Leave to stand for another 2 minutes or so, as the cake will continue to cook. Top with remaining pudding, ice cream, whipped cream, or any toppings you wish.
