Step 1
Slice the potatoes in half, then cut each half into a quarter

Transferred to casserole dish, add everything to the pan and roast for 30 minutes at 400°F

Turn the pan and then cook for another 20 minutes
Step 4
Take out of the oven, transfer out, then put on a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes. Flip them and then put them in for another 20 minutes
