Instructions

Step 1
Place all ingredient in a mixing bowl and combine well. Use your hands to squeeze the mixture into small patties, as flat as possible (about a heaped dessert spoon's worth each). Mixture will feel dry but you'll find it's easy to scrunch it together.
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and fry for 2-3 on each side, until crispy and golden brown. Place on paper towel to drain.
Step 3
Mix mayo with gochujang or sriracha and serve warm.
