Instructions

Step 1
Sautee diced onions until they’re translucent
Step 2
Add tomato sauce
Step 3
Add impossible meat and stir till brown ~6 min
Step 4
Put sauce on the bottom of a dish
Step 5
Layer thinly sliced vegetables on top
Step 6
Brush vegetables with herbed garlic oil
Step 7
Bake covered at 375 for 30 min and uncovered for 20-30 min until crispy edges but not dry
