White Chicken Enchiladas

Instructions

Step 1
Dip tortillas one at a time in hot oil. Remove and place 2 tablespoons cheese, 2-3 tablespoons chicken and 1 tablespoon onion in each shell.
Step 2
Roll up and place seam side down in 9 x 13-inch pan. In saucepan, melt butter, add flour; blend. Stir in sour cream and broth, heat but don't boil. Pour over tortillas and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese last 10 minutes. Picante sauce over is optional. This is also good with imitation crab legs!
