Instructions

Step 1
Cut the Tempeh in thin slices. About 1/8″ thick.
Step 2
Place the slices on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. Coat the slices with olive oil and then sprinkle them with salt, pepper and spices, like curry and paprika powder.
Step 3
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F and bake the slices for about 15 minutes. Turn and bake another 10-15 minutes until crisp,.
Step 4
OR Heat oil in a skillet and fry the slices of on each side until brown.
Step 5
Place the fried tempeh on paper kitchen towels.
Step 6
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and spices and serve.
