Instructions
Step 1
Whisk butter, add sugar, whisk again, add eggs and whisk again till fluffy
Step 2
Fold in almond flour and plain flour
Step 3
Toshiba blackcurrants in a little flour, this stops them sinking too much
Step 4
Fold them into the mixture
Step 5
Pop in a cake tin or whatever you have. Bake at 180ยฐ for about 40-60 minutes. Keeping checking with a wooden skewer, when it comes out clean, it's done. Enjoy
