Instructions
Step 1
Add all of the cottage cheese and half of the cans (half of the black beans, half of the Rotel, half of the olives, and half of the jalapenos) into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl.
Step 3
Add the shredded chicken, full jar of salsa, and the remaining halves of the canned ingredients.
Step 4
Stir everything together until well combined.
Step 5
Chill before serving, if desired.
