Instructions

Step 1
Assemble all ingredients in layers in an 8x8 casserole dish as follow.
Step 2
Refried Beans, Taco Seasoning, Red Pepper Hummus, Salsa, Pico De Gallo, Guacamole.
Step 3
Slice Cherry Tomatoes length wise.
Step 4
Place Black Beans in a large group in one corner.
Step 5
Alternate Monterey Jack Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes to make the stripes of the flag.
Step 6
Chill and serve when party time!!!!!!
